Happy Valentines Day

I can’t believe my baby girl turns one today! Happy Birthday Modern Muse LLC.

A year ago today I started my coaching business Modern Muse LLC.

Starting my business on Valentines Day was a recognition of the fact that owning a business is one of the most important relationships that we have in this life.

Entrepreneurship is fun and it is also a wild ride and tempestuous love affair at times. I have been stretched and pushed to my limits and beyond at times by this relationship. I have cried, danced, complained bitterly, exulted, screamed, had to remind my business that unlike her I am human and still have a body and need to sleep and eat!

It’s been a long first year, I often feel that I am failing, I have pored time, money, energy, love and attention into this child of mine. I have had to learn and relearn my own boundaries and capabilities so many times. It has been a challenging teacher and medicine this first year together.

And there is so much love.

I love this child so much and I am fully ready for this next year to be easier.

I can’t believe She turns one today. Happy Birthday /anniversary my love, and Happy valentines day to all my fellow muses out there.

May we all feel the love that surround us. Today and everyday.

Because love is what we are.
